Now that i've been home for a couple of days, my body is slowly returning to normal. I'm feeling alot better and this morning i was craving for some local Hakka noodles. Wanting to start out kind of easy, I choose to make it instead of hopping over to the famous hakka noodles house. That's it up there in the photo. It's the best ever...seriously. It turned out really good.
Here's my simple recipe --it really is the best.
Make it, you'll see.
Marinate minced meat with some soya, bit of salt, pepper and a bit of corn starch. For the meat and sauce, stir fry in some oil, add some water, then add seasoning salt, sugar and bit of oyster sauce. You may add a bit of corn starch to thicken the sauce to your liking. Once the noodles is cooked and drained, put them on the serving plate or bowl. Pour the minced meat sauce on top and add the chopped scallion. Voila. Is ready to be serve!
Being home is kinda bliss. We did a lot of "visiting" with family and friends. We told stories and met new babies. n_n I am happy to say I spent a good portion of my time working on and finishing my new chibi project! I can't wait to share it with all of you next week!
Have a lovely restful weekend! Love to you and yours!
