Hello.
Sorry things have been so quiet around here. I can't seem to get it together to post much lately. I guess i've also been feeling a little on the quiet side.

I hope your weekend was nice. Mine was. I spent all of last week hard at work on finishing two of my embroidery projects. It has been nothing but fun and mess-making in the studio (it's not so quiet in there...thanks to Birdy}.

I tried to give these journals the finishing touch last night, but gave up after 10pm ~ the thought of continuing made my eyes cross. As soon as i can get the finishing touches up and things photographed, i'm planning a nice story update.

The mister said : "...the scent of fall is in the air".
I think Fall is rolling in.

Excuse me as i let out a little squeak and do a little happy dance.

If you follow me on Facebook and Twitter then you already know about this great news since i shared it a few days ago. But in case you missed it, i'm pleased as punch that my little Leica M6 inspired camera/film roll cozy in shades of black/pink made it's appearance on frankie Magazine's latest issue 41!

I am very honored to be part of frankie’s line-up because they publish gorgeous articles and do a great job promoting their authors. But first, i’m embarrassed to make this confession ~ i had never heard of this magazine before. I am so grateful that this has changed because frankie Magazine is my current obsession.

This magazine is my happy place because it embraces what i believe in ~ sharing ideas and inspiration.

I've always found inspiration and solace in hearing other people share their stories and experience in traveling a similar creative path and in life.

The illustrations and the photos made my heart leap and i’ve referred to it a number of times already in the past 24 hours since receiving it ~ it’s so darling.

A Bushel and a Peck

Happy monday friends.

Can you hear crickets chirping around here lately? So sorry about all the quietness. I am completely swamped with work, scary to-do-list {yes, still with my list} and also im moving {eeek!} ~ i'm moving in with my sister. Althought i'm not moving for a couple of months, my sister thinks i should start turning on my crazy planning mode soon because "i just have way too many things!". This move, is going to be somewhat hectic.

My interview over on A Bushel and a Peck is up today. I'm thrilled and completely honored to be included among such a talented group of artists. Thanks again, Jeanne. I'm also definitely looking forward to the other four interviews of the the businesses that won the Pay It Forward.
