I hope you had a good weekend. I worked quite a bit, pretty much the whole weekend; however, the Mister and i managed to "celebrate" and "relax" with a little cook-out last night, complete with potatoes, carrots and german sausages.
I know i'm a little late but i've got some craftastic news for you. Better late than never.
A little while ago i had the pleasure and opportunity to design and custom make a cozy case for a sweet friend's Fujifilm Instax Mini 7. A fun project indeed {even though at times i spaced out a little trying to fight with time to finish this mini cozy case}. Kim helped me relaxed by making me laugh {his words always make me laugh}. I laughed for a good few minutes here and there before finally gathering my wits and finishing this cutie case. {yippee}
This piece is inspired by the mood for something spring {bright and colorful} and my dorkiness for the love of dots. I didn't use a pattern, which can be scary, but it came together just fine. I love it when that happens.
I added a pocket for flair and finished it with some cute little pom-poms just because. I think it will be a great addition for her to keep her "catch of the day" {little instand color films}. Crossing my fingers and hoping she will love it.
More craftastic fun to come, i'm pleased! Have yourself a lovely merry happy week and love from me to you and yours!
OMG!!! This is so pretty and springy! Love all the little details that it has! Those mini pom poms are adorable!
Can't wait for more crafty news!
Big hugs and kisses! xo

WOW... SUPER-WOW! Jacqueline, this had to be your masterpiece so far1 Truly--this is amazing! That is the cutiest case I've ever seen. This is hugely inspiring. I have a very boring case for my camera... :o( It deserves a prettier one, don't you think? Was the case difficult to make once you got dimensions sorted? I just LOVE all the decorations...that pom pom trim on the inside is so festive. Just outstanding job, my friend! Happy Days ((BIG HUGS))

Oh Kate!! It's so wonderful that you mention this for i've been thinking about designing these for iPhone but i wasn't very sure about the idea. I think i should give it a try and see how it turns out. :) Love to you!

Drea Tracy, yep i think we should all give our camera a prettier case. :)
The case wasn’t too difficult to make once i've got the dimensions sorted out. The little details needed a lot more attention, time and patience. Oh and fingers protection is good {i've accidently poked my fingers with the needles countless time while making it} hehe Love to you!
