After having a couple of days this week where i felt a little, uh, sadness, the kind that i knew would come. It reinforced and allowed me to practice:
1. "I expected that"
2. My expectation is low which is totally opposite of what everybody says in the world to raise your expectation
3. This too will pass and it doesn't last.
4. Have an attitude of a trash can with a hole in the bottom, you keep nothing
5. When there is nothing you can do about it, sit down, have a cup of tea and enjoy the honey dripping down from somewhere (i call this hope).
6. A problem is something with a solution, if there is no solution then it's not a problem
Allowing whatever it is right now to just be. Life is a wonderful thing. It really is.
To get the weekend fun rolling, Noodle and i played a little game of "Search for the Loch Ness Monster". So fun to see her beginning to find activities that hold her attention for longer than a few minutes. Fun for her and very fun for me. Oh and it was funny too! Can you spot the little Loch Ness monster?
